These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 777gx platform, including the website at 777gx.org, any associated mobile applications, and all related services provided by 777gx (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, wager, or casino game play on 777gx, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 777gx. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777gx will close all associated accounts. Any funds derived from bonuses or winnings across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without prior notice.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 777gx is required to verify the identity of all members as part of its compliance obligations under its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

Deposits: All deposits made to your 777gx account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to a person other than the registered 777gx member — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of any associated funds pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your 777gx account dashboard. 777gx reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name;

The following general betting conditions apply across all 777gx products:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member;
• 777gx reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 777gx's trading and settlements team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per member, and are subject to change at 777gx's discretion;
• 777gx reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason;
• All casino games on 777gx use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Live Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to a delay to prevent misuse of information advantages. 777gx reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void bets placed after an event's conclusion due to data feed delays or errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777gx platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

All content on the 777gx platform — including but not limited to the 777gx brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777gx or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777gx platform solely for your personal entertainment and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 777gx platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system underlying the 777gx platform;
